Come off anon :( well I just ate smaller portions , look at your plate and half it . Don’t over eat ! Stop when you are full . Also a little trick , when your eating something - say a chocolate bar - eat a couple of bites and put it away because it takes only 3 bites of something for your taste buds to get the taste . The rest of the bites are just you eating for no reason . Drink water ! And especially before meals as it will decrease the amount of food that it takes to make you full ! The key in all this is to be happy with your body ! Embrace it and love it , you can work on it and make yourself healthier but in the end it’s not about looking good it’s about being healthy and loving who you are ! x o x o
